We are still running every Saturday morning, 6:30AM from the American Club. Please join us for a run at ANY distance. We have runners going from 5-15 miles these days. It is getting HOT, so please bring water and/or an electrolyte drink, sunglasses and hat.
This will be our last SLR before Ironman China 70.3! That race takes place in Haikou, China (Hainan Island) on April 19th. Wish us (Dave and Robin) luck!
