SLR on Saturday, December 20th was quiet as most DTC'ers were away for the holidays. Robin ran a 3-mile stealth run and met Dave at the ARA at 6:30AM. Together, they ran 17 miles. It was REAL slow and hence no real soreness, just extreme HUNGER (big surprise there)! Breakfast was taken at the ARA where Gilbert sandwiches were promptly ordered!
Bike ride on Friday, December 26th led by Ken with Robin, Dave and Lauren in hot pursuit. We had nice weather, although a bit foggy at the start. We explored some nice trails and were gone about 4 hours.
SLR on Saturday, December 27th was another quiet long run with Robin and Dave. Thankfully, it was a step back week and they only ran 12 miles.
Join us for a New Year's SLR on Saturday, January 3rd at 6:30AM in front of the ARA. Dave and Robin will go 20, but join for any distance you like!
