SLR WILL BE TOMORROW 7AM FROM IN FRONT OF THE ARA! There are lots of holiday and going away parties Friday night, so let's get our long run DONE. Since many of us are running long this week-end, please meet us FRIDAY morning at 7AM in front of the ARA. We will be going 18 miles at/around 10 minute/mile pace.
