Thanks to Melinda Hennessey for hosting the Saturday Long Run for the DTC on April 19th! Per Melinda’s report, the Saturday run was great! The group consisted of the tireless threesome of Melinda, JR, and LBH and they decided to do ‘the airport run’ which was nearly 9 miles (8.81 according to the Garmin). They ran together for the majority and left the last 3K to pick up the pace a bit. The weather was clear and quite hot. Overall good run!
Great job folks and we will see everyone for SLR this Saturday 6:30AM in front of the ARA for an 8 mile run. Please join us even if you will not be going the entire 8 miles! See you then.

Last reminder for the DTC and Habitat for Humanity 4-mile race TOMORROW! Registration begins at 7:30 and the race begins at 8AM sharp near the front entrance of the American Club on Road 69, Gulshan-2. Entry fee is 500tka and includes a Habitat for Humanity commemorative brick. See you there!
