A small but dedicated group started out at 6:30AM and ran over the bamboo bridge from Basundhara for an 8-mile out and back course from the ARA. Runners ran nice and easy on the way out and picked up the pace on the way back, with all the runners running negative splits despite the heat and humidity. Runners enjoyed hearing about the charity race from the day before and planning upcoming DTC events.
Next SLR: May 3rd 6:30AM meet in front of the ARA to run 9 miles
